Terms and Conditions Agreement

Welcome to NK101. By logging in, registering, or using any service on our platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unreservedly accepted these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these rules, you must cease using our services immediately.

1. Eligibility and Account Setup

Age Requirement: Users must be at least 18 years old to participate.
Account Creation: Registration is completed directly via mobile phone number. Users are responsible for keeping initial login credentials and security passwords confidential.
Single Account Limit: Each customer, mobile number, payment card, and IP environment is limited to one unique account. If duplicate or shared accounts are identified, NK101 reserves the right to cancel associated bonuses, void winnings, and deactivate duplicate profiles.
Account Protection: Any action performed after successful login using your verified mobile credentials is deemed a valid operation executed by you. NK101 is not liable for losses caused by compromised personal credentials or local device malware.

2. Transactions, Deposits & Withdrawals

Currency: All financial balances, deposits, and payouts on NK101 are calculated in Nepalese Rupees (NPR).
Limits: Minimum deposit is set to 100 NPR (Deposit range: 100 – 2,000,000 NPR). Minimum withdrawal is 100 NPR, with maximum payout limits reaching up to 100,000,000 NPR per maximum winning policy.
Execution & Fees: NK101 charges 0% withdrawal fees. Processing times average approximately 1 minute under standard network conditions.
Recharge Protocols: All platform deposit receiving accounts are updated periodically. Players must obtain the active receiving details directly from the deposit interface before transferring funds. Losses resulting from transfers to outdated accounts are sole user responsibility.
Anti-Money Laundering Requirement: To maintain platform integrity, users must wager at least 30% of their deposit amount in lottery or casino games before initiating a withdrawal (excluding non-deposit promotional grants).

3. Betting Rules and Settlement

Agreement on Bets: Placing a wager signifies total acceptance of the rules governing that specific game or sports event.
System Records: In the event of a dispute, electronic transaction logs maintained in the official NK101 database serve as the ultimate standard for settlement.
Disconnections: Automatic or forced disconnections during active game rounds do not invalidate official draw settlements. Results generated by game servers remain valid.
Order Cancellations: Lottery order cancellations must be performed prior to betting cutoff times. For untracked official draw outcomes exceeding 24 hours, orders will be canceled and balances refunded automatically.

4. Anti-Fraud Policy and Account Freezing

NK101 strictly prohibits improper betting behaviors, system exploitation, and fraudulent practices:

Use of automated plug-ins, external software bots, or abnormal group betting schemes designed to exploit software vulnerabilities is forbidden.
Maliciously exploiting system glitches, spreading defamatory rumors, or attempting site attacks will result in immediate and unconditional account freezing, with all account balances forfeited.
Identity verification documents may be requested at NK101’s discretion. Failure to satisfy requested review requirements constitutes agreement to forfeit remaining account balances.

5. Official Customer Support & Amendments

Customer Support: Official support is provided exclusively through our web-based live chat accessible via the platform menu bar. NK101 does not utilize external third-party messengers (such as QQ) for support.
Revisions: NK101 reserves the right to amend these terms, promotional rules, and game policies at any time. Updates take effect immediately upon public posting. Continued platform usage following updates constitutes explicit agreement to the revised terms.
